Terms and conditions

Delivery

Normal delivery time is about 1-3 days. Delivery time is by shipping method and postal code. Delivery only within Sweden. Unfortunately, we can not influence any delays at the shipping company. In the event of such delivery delays, we continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and delivery is delayed unreasonably long, and this does not depend on you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase completely free of charge.

 

Dried mushrooms are sent by PostNord letter. Orders over 500 g are sent with a DHL agent.

Fresh mushrooms - pick-up only.

Delivery of fresh mushrooms to companies can be arranged. Contact us for more info.

The shipping price appears at checkout before you complete your order and is approved by completing the purchase. Our choice of shipping is based on order size and zip code. In cases where several shipping options are offered, the shipping fee may vary - you approve your chosen shipping method and associated shipping cost by confirming the purchase.

Please check that the delivery details such as address and telephone number are correct before you complete the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this information after the order has been packed.

If the package is to be picked up at a postal agent, the customer receives a notification describing where and when the package is to be picked up. In this case, the customer must pick up the package within the time specified in the notification, which is normally 14 days. Notification can be made via email, SMS, or regular mail. Normally, packages must be redeemed in person with a package ID and valid identification. If you have lost your parcel ID or have questions about the collection, please email us at info@gourmetsvampar.se.

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and report damage. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the post office or the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us.

Uncollected packages
In connection with uncollected packages, a number of costs arise such as pick-and-pack, return shipping, handling fee, etc. that we need to pay to third parties such as shipping companies. Due to this, we charge a fee of SEK 150 including VAT if a package is not picked up, which will cover part of these costs.
Packages to be picked up remain with the postal agent for 14 days before being returned to us. If you regret your purchase and do not want to bear this fee, you must notify the postal agent that you "refuse delivery", alternatively pick up the package and then return to us, which is described under "Right of withdrawal".

Right of withdrawal
Please always contact us before returning an item, for whatever reason, for the fastest and safest handling of your return. You have the right to cancel your purchase (this does not apply to fresh mushrooms) for any reason by notifying us within 14 days from when you or any third party, but not the carrier, as you state, takes the last item in the order in physical possession (the withdrawal period ). Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear and unambiguous message about your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement (eg by e-mail or ordinary letter). For smooth handling, we recommend that you contact us or use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which you can find at www.konsumentverket.se. For the fastest handling, you should enter your order number, product number, and contact information so that we can identify your return. In order for you to have time to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send in your notification that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you regret your purchase, we will refund all completed payments for the relevant order we received from you, including the delivery costs incurred (note that extra delivery costs due to you choosing another delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer are not included) . The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We have to wait for the refund until we receive the item or items from you. We will normally use the same means of payment for the refund that you yourself used for the initial business event unless you have expressly agreed with us on something else. Regardless of the method, the refund will not cost you anything.

You must return the product to us without undue delay and at least no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for both the return cost and the item/items returned undamaged. You will therefore have to pay the direct costs of returning the item. The costs for return shipping are estimated at around SEK 50 - but can vary greatly in some cases depending on the size of the package. Please note that you as the sender of the return package are responsible for ensuring that the goods have arrived to us - therefore we recommend that you send the goods in a traceable and insured manner. You are responsible for any reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and function of the goods.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in a substantially unchanged condition. As a customer, you have the right to inspect the product or goods, but you must not break seals or try the product as this can not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. The right to repent thus ceases when you break the seal. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.

Complaint
If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, please contact us before returning an item, regardless of the reason for instructions and the fastest possible handling. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about your purchase to us within a reasonable time (however, a maximum of three years). If you want to complain about a product, you must do so within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the error by contacting us. The defect must normally be an original defect and not caused by incorrect use/handling of the product. Complaints made within two months of you discovering the error are always considered to have been made in a timely manner.

If your complaint is made in a timely manner and a defect in the product exists in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, we will send out a new product and reimburse you for any costs incurred in connection with the complaint, such as the shipping cost. If we can not replace the product for any reason, we will instead refund what you have paid for the product plus any fees you have paid. Should the error be of material importance to you, you always have the right to cancel the purchase.

To report that an item you ordered from us is incorrect, we recommend that you contact us by e-mail at info@gourmetsvampar.se. Do not forget to include information such as order number and product number/product name. Describe the error carefully for the fastest possible handling and indicate if you want a new item or your money back.

In many cases, we will need to get the product back to handle the complaint. In such cases, we recommend that you send the goods in a traceable and insured manner, as you as the sender are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive to us. It is normally the customer who initially pays for the return shipping. In the event of an approved complaint, the customer is always reimbursed for return shipping. We only handle shipping for approved complaints.

Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation, you will find all information about products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via website or telephone.

Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, incorrect printing in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

By shopping at gourmetsvampar.se, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or send your information to third parties without a legal basis. We are responsible for the processing of the personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order and in those times when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs. Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


Dispute
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of the General Complaints Board. The General Complaints Board can be reached either via the website www.arn.se or by address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also complain via the EU's online dispute resolution platform, which can be reached at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and, notwithstanding what is stated in the paragraph above, shall be decided by a general court.

Changes to terms of purchase
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms of purchase will be announced on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
